Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings made with My Ride Transfers, through the website www.myridetransfers.com, by email or by phone.

1. Bookings must be made by an adult (minimum 18 years old).
2. Payment can be made online at the time of booking or directly to the driver at the start of the journey.
3. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the service are fully refundable. Cancellations after this period may be subject to charges.
4. Children and infants count as passengers. Child seats are available free of charge upon request.
5. Each passenger may carry 1 suitcase (90x50x25 cm) and 1 piece of hand luggage. Extra or special luggage must be informed at the time of booking.
6. The driver may refuse transport in cases of inappropriate behaviour, alcohol/drug consumption, or undeclared excess luggage.
7. My Ride Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. We strongly recommend that all passengers have suitable travel insurance.
9. By making a booking, the customer accepts these terms and conditions, which are governed by Portuguese law.
